Most likely some type of Chinook Jargon. Too bad nobody speaks it anymore. Its a dead language. All I can translate for sure is 'nika' means 'my'. Su is a common prefix in the language. No idea what 'sillema' means. The sentence might also be a combination of multiple languages. 'sillema' might have the root form of 'sillä' from finnish

I am by no means an expert, but it looks like Greek to me. My very amateur translation would be something like "Rally! Rally! Be victorious!" or maybe "Seize victory!" but someone smarter than me should weigh in. Here is what I can find on my lunch break at work:

According to Persus "σὺ νίκα / su nika" appears in Sophocles' Electra meaning "let your way prevail" but I think this random French version matches better with "νίκα σύ / nika su" meaning "sois-victorieuse, toi" or "you be victorious" (at the bottom of page 17 of the pdf, page 31 of the scanned document).

The "sillema" is harder to track down, but it might be related to συλλαμβάνω / syllambano as that looks to be related to a rallying cry, but that may be a bit of a stretch as the closest word I can find there is "σῠ́λλημμᾰ / syllemma" which apparently means fetus
