data-dialog should report when an id is found, but it is not a wa-dialog

If you have the following:

        <wa-button type="button" data-dialog="open my-dialog">
          Open dialog
        </wa-button>
        <dialog id="my-dialog"></dialog>

You will get the following error message:

 A dialog with an ID of "my-dialog" could not be found in this document.

Which isn't technically true. A dialog with an id of two-fa-dialog does exist, but its not a <wa-dialog> . We should improve this warning message.
