Summary

It would be useful to allow developers to customize the icons used in the checkbox and option components by exposing them via named slots. This would improve flexibility and allow users to provide icons that match their design system or branding.

Motivation

Currently, the checkbox and option components use fixed icons for the checked, indeterminate, and selected states. However, in some design systems, these icons differ visually. Allowing developers to override the default icons would make Shoelace more adaptable to various design requirements.
