Visually hidden content is not read by screen readers in the 'Links That Open in New Windows' example

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the shoelace and navigate to the 'visually hidden' component.
    https://shoelace.style/components/visually-hidden
  2. Enable the Windows default screen reader 'Narrator' by pressing 'Windows +Ctrl+enter"
  3. Make sure the screen reader starts reading.
  4. Navigate to 'Links That Open in New Windows' example
    https://shoelace.style/components/visually-hidden#links-that-open-in-new-windows
  5. Verify that the screen reader does not read the “opens in a new window” 'visually hidden content' in that example.
