I can't reproduce this issue on my laptop with Ubuntu 13.04 (x86_64).
I've configured shogun with the following line:

export CC=clang && export CXX=clang++ && cmake -DENABLE_TESTING=ON -DPythonModular=ON -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ..

And everything works well. Any thoughts on this?
