It would be nice if we had a general way to detect compile-time features from the modular interfaces. Bugs #2415, #2416, #2419 could be solved easily if we had this.
I'm open for discussing how we should detemine things like "HAVE_XML", "HAVE_LZO", "HAVE_LZMA" or "HAVE_SOME_FEATURE". Any ideas?
