`ENOENT` error

The following error is happening in some builds using this plugin:

UncaughtException: an exception was thrown but not caught: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/opt/build/repo/dist/index.html'
```

The build logs do not show additional information, except that no `inputs` was specified. Do you know where the error might come from?
