Re-enable screenshotting in publish UI

I'm now getting the screenshot UI. But I'm wondering if we should just have it for the AE project
and do not offer it for render items? Like we have in Nuke. Published render items are automatically getting their thumbnail and fits with the review clip. Here is a screenshot from Nuke

Don't know if this is related to screenshot UI but the Publisher UI is resizing when selecting a render.
This is the UI when AE project is selected

and this is the UI when I select a render

I guess thats publisher ui because of the long name of the item

Screenshot is now disabled for render items but if I take a screenshot for the project file then it is applied to the render items. :/
