Cannot load Exotic Space Industries: Remembrance

This is on a fresh install of Factorio Space Age, with Exotic Space Industries: Remembrance and no other mods (other than its dependencies). I'm using YAFC v2.15.0 and Factorio 2.0.69.

First, YAFC loading fails on the elevated-pipes dependency:

__elevated-pipes__/shared.lua:3: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value
stack traceback:

    __elevated-pipes__/shared.lua:3: in main chunk
    [C]: in function 'require'
    __elevated-pipes__/data.lua:4: in main chunk

Disabling this mod allows YAFC to load, but it's missing almost all of the Exotic Industries recipes and entities.

This is fixed by #537, though it isn't a duplicate of #535.
