Stop Sefirah From Copying Clipboard When No Device is Connected

Description

The app copies the clipboard randomly and i get a toast notification. Im assuming the app is just "waking up" in the background and doing this but theres no reason for it to copy the clipboard when my devices aren't even connected to begin with (PC is asleep)

I had noticed this and how annoying it was at that time but only after the last update. This 2218a87 should fix this and will be included in the next update. Though do let me know if that doesn't work.
