Media Controls Always Present

The media controls are showing all the time despite nothing playing on my PC.

This is on a clean install of the Android & Windows app.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Connect device to PC
2. Media controls will show immediately

Yes, known issue, I was planning to remove that annoying notification and improve the media session next release.

this started happening on the newest release. didnt happen to me before actually

I didn't change any logic for the media session in this version though. It may have been because you didn't notice it.
