Volume Control an Android

Description

When controlling the PC Volume on Android the hardware volume buttons won't work and the Pop-Up is always initially at 100%.
Sliding the Volume Bar around via Touch works and the Volume then gets changed accordingly.

I am on AOSP 15 QPR2, then newest Android Release essentially.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Connect to PC
2. Start Music on PC
3. Control Music on Smartphone

Yes, controlling the volume via hardware buttons would cause issues? or confusions? As in it's not like you would want to change your PC's volume all the time. Which was I didn't want to do that or never went further with it. You could however change the volume via the Cast section on the Volume Panel but not through the notification for some reason or at least in my case.

I think the best possible way would be to do how Spotify does it, but I couldn't get it to work as that lol and eventually just stopped atp.
