Cannot easily switch between two Android devices

Description

The Windows app can have two devices connected but every time I need to switch between two devices (i.e., my phone and tablet), I have to add my computer as a computer in Sefirah android (disconnect through the home tab and reconnect/add device through the devices tab).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open settings (Windows app)
2. Device cannot be selected
3. Open home in Android app, phone can be disconnected but not connected
4. Open devices in Android app, phone can be connected by adding the computer again

Yeah, so right now you can only initiate a connection from the Android device. I plan to make it from both ways soon, but at the moment, if you do want to switch devices, you have to initiate the connection from the device you want to use. I do plan to add support for multiple devices #32, but that does require quite a bit of change in the architecture and protocol.
