Currently when I copy something multiline to Windows clipboard and then paste it on Android, it puts invisible ^M characters into the text, which leads to weird errors on the side of the software that uses this text.

I propose converting between CRLF and LF automatically.

I think Windows tends to add the control M characters, though most of the modern editors are pretty much tolerant of the CRLF formatting. What software are you facing this issue with?

Forgot to mention, but can you check if the latest release fixed your issue? I did add a conversion when getting the clipboard which hopefully works.
