feat(skills): migrate emilkowalski/skill to renamed emilkowalski/skills (#162)

The emilkowalski/skill repo was renamed to emilkowalski/skills. Update the
SKILLS.txt entry to the new name and pick up the two new skills it now ships
(apple-design, improve-animations) alongside the existing three.
