A possible solution is to avoid generating identical entries upstream. E.g., can name multiple init instances as init, init-2, init-3, etc.

This can also occur in gtdo when a package has build tags and multiple files with same symbols.

For example, http://gotools.org/github.com/ajhager/webgl#NewContext has two versions.

Another example is http://gotools.org/cmd/go#parseMetaGoImports which has two parseMetaGoImports versions, and many inits.
