[Bug]: Preview and export are not accurate

Describe the bug

I don't know if its because I crop my video.
But what I see in the preview is a lot different that what the software export.
Padding doesn't seems to work either.
And changing quality also affect how my window padding appear in the exported video.
If I move the software screen on my vertical screen, I get a total different preview.
