[UI] Add bread crumb navigation for wizard steps

We should add direct links to steps in the image factory wizard at the top of the page.

The basic steps currently are

Type / Version / Architecture / Extensions / Customization / Download

If they select SBC as the version then Architucture is called "Single Board Computer"
