[bug] machine information does not get updated after maintenance upgrade

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

• Have a machine in maintenance mode
• Do maintenance upgrade/downgrade
• Observe that MachineStatus does not get updated anymore (the changed version does not get reflected)
• Restart Omni instance - it gets updated

Expected Behavior

Polling continues after maintenance upgrade.
