[bug] lock indicators and ability not showing

Current Behavior

As of 0.48.0, I am not finding any machine or node listing that is showing lock status or the lock ability. I recall this being there at one point, and the code seems to still have it present.

Expected Behavior

Lock indicators on worker nodes should be visible.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a cluster with 1 or more worker nodes.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

I think it's the cluster node list where this was previously showing. Currently looking like:

Locks can't be used for the machine sets which are using machine classes. That's by design.

I guess it's more of a technical limitation and we can have a workaround to enable that functionality.
Will discuss that on the next planning.
