[feature] in the cluster page show talos and kubernetes version

Problem Description

when looking at the list of clusters I can see name, machine, phase and labels. It would be nice to show the version of talos and kubernetes as well. This will make it easy to see what clusters need to upgraded from this page without having to go to the overview page for each cluster.

Solution

add two columns, talos version and kubernetes version to the cluster page.
