pine Rock64 talos v1.12 boot stuck at "adjusting time" without console dashboard available

hello everyone,

i'm trying to install talos version 1.12 on my Pine rock64 single boards.
I've formatted the sdcard using the default metal rock64 iso for the image factory

the image boots up but stays then stuck at the stage "adjusting time: status: OK" and nothing more happens.

I can't access the OS using talosctl either.

has anyone add the same issue and knows how to fix it ?

tried also with couple of sdcards and still the same behavior
tried with other singleboard same behavior :(
