Deal with edited sample names

Sometimes, the sample names in the janno file and/or eager TSV etc are not direct matches to Pandora IDs.
One reason for this is that ssDNA and dsDNA libraries are meant to be given as separate samples as well. Another mmight be wanting to check differences between libraries etc.

The current setup fills in sample names by LibIDs, which would mess up in cases where the saple name has been edited.
