Allow to customize list-detail details header

Prerequisites

• I have not leaked any internal/restricted information like screenshots, videos, code snippets, links etc.

Feature request

At the moment the list-details header is limited to display the content as tab-list. User don't have the ability to build a layout like this:

Since the details-header provide the Back button users aren't are limited to single line tab layouts.
