How do I use Sandboxes with message queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ etc?

Services that publish to message queues are fine but what about consumers? How can I prevent consumers in Sandboxes from competing for messages with baseline consumers?

Please review our blog post on this topic. We plan to improve the Route Service API in the cluster that can be used by the consumers to selectively consume messages based on the message headers.
