[new feature] Improve Signadot web login user experience for SSO-enforced orgs #106

New feature or functionality
If SSO is enforced on a Signadot Org, the user is still redirected to the generic login page at auth.signadot.com and presented with the option to login using either Google or GitHub:
If they try and login, they then get an error (Reason: forbidden), which is not the greatest user experience.
Ideally this would be prevented somehow, eg by not even showing those other login options if SSO is enforced.
