Bug description
When I enter my phone number and click "next," sometimes I get this error: "Signal was unable to send an SMS code due to problems with the SMS provider. Please try again in a few hours." Sometimes it moves on to the next option, but the verification message never arrives, and if I enter an incorrect code, it says: "Connection error with Signal service."
