Issue with caFile value and existing secret

When using an existing secret with the splunk_platform_hec_ca_file field and configuring:

secret:
  create: false
  name: your-secret

It will not correctly use the CA file. You will need to specify a dummy value for the caFile value:

splunkPlatform:
  caFile: "dummy"

Then it will correctly load the CA from the secret.

Would be great if that could be fixed.
