OpenShift: journald receiver fails due to missing libdl.so.2 in splunk-otel-collector image

When enabling the journald receiver in the Splunk OTel Collector on OpenShift, the collector fails to execute journalctl due to a missing shared library:
journalctl: error while loading shared libraries: libdl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
This occurs when useHostJournalctl: false (default behavior), where the collector uses its bundled journalctl binary.

Environment

• Platform: OpenShift (RHCOS nodes) 4.16.46
• splunk-otel-collector helm chart version: 0.146v
• splunk-otel-collector image: 0.146v
• Kubernetes version: 1.33
• OpenShift SCC: Custom SCC applied (allows host mounts and elevated permissions)

In v0.144.0 and above, you can now configure the collector to use the host journalctl binary, for details check this link https://github.com/signalfx/splunk-otel-collector-chart/blob/main/docs/advanced-configuration.md#use-the-host-journalctl-binary
