[DOC] - Add `status_url` parameter to several SWML methods

Update the documentation for a number of SWML methods to include the status_url parameter.

Via Brian and PR 598.

A number of SWML methods now include the status_url parameter:

• record
• record_call
• receive_fax
• sip_refer
• connect
• tap
