Testing tree-states hot DB changes

Description

Testing for this branch:

• Hierarchical state diffs in hot DB #6750

Things to try:

• Checkpoint sync regular node
• Checkpoint sync archive node with backfill + reconstruct historic states
• Upgrading from a v6.0.0 node
• Sync node over long distance, e.g. checkpoint sync from a state from 24 hours ago

Look for:

• Crit and error logs indicating bugs
• Performance regressions, e.g. slow sync, Delayed head block, etc.
