Welcome to the club :( FYI all the APIs I discovered are from reverse engineering. Either from the web servers exposed by the device, decompiling / mitm-ing their mobile app, or just straight up guessing. |

Hi. I tried to embedd my V-Zug CombiCooler 2000 into HomeAssistant using your Repo. So far so good, discovery and embedding went pretty smooth. Great.
Sadly, I just found out that its only possible to READ stats - I dont see any way to SET the fridge temperature. Is it true, or did i miss anything?
The frige is running on the latest firmware, its also connected to wifi and thus accessible by the genuine vzug app. My Home Assistant sits in the same network like my fridge. If i use my fridges IP, i am able to call the API.
Like 192.168.xxx.xxx/hh?command=getProgram gives me a propper response. If i call ?command=setProgram, i only get error code: 400.03. It doesnt matter if i add anything similar like &value={ ... }. Nothing usefull to set.
the cooling compartiment runs under the id 2000, the freezer's id is 2001. so i tried to use something like this and failed:
setProgram&value={"id":2000, "temp":{"set":8.0}, "id":2001, "temp":{"set":-14.0}}
I also cannot find any public documentation of vzugs API. Now im a little lost and disapointed by vzug. is this really the way to sell "smart devices" in the year 2026 or did i miss something important?
