Advance button in chapter with timing should go to next section heading

If a chapter has timings, then 5 audio buttons appear in the audio bar. The play button, a forward button and a next button, moving out from the center to the right. If a chapter has headings (CUK Bible for example), the next button (>|) should advance to the audio for the verse immediately following the next header relative to the current position. If there are no more headers, then it should advance to the next chapter. Right now, the button always advances to the next chapter. Likewise the previous button (|<) should go back to the previous header, the start of the chapter, and then to the previous chapter. Right now, it always goes to the beginning of the previous chapter
