Add a option to SETTINGS to let the frontmatter folded status be persistent

Add a option to SETTINGS to let the frontmatter folded status be persistent, like a permanent (Outline: Fold).

When over the frontmatter this will open and permit editing the data included.

This will allow to use the frontmatter as a data container:

• that could be used by template for displaing data in the same page with formatting and other operation
• hide data that could be relevant only for reference by other page.

Folding as a persistent state not only for frontmatter but also for headers, and item lists would be great.

I kepp my start page quite long, with section on key elements of my space. Persistent folding it would let me keep it clean.
