Size of images is not respected in markdown preview

It is possible to set the size of an image with the following syntax:

![[image|size]]

Yet, when opening the markdown preview, the image is displayed at full size (ignoring the size parameter)

For example:

![[notes/Fruit.jpg|200]]

This also affect the print as PDF (#1065)

I suffer from similar issue in transcluded pages (image showing in it's original size and not in the specified size).

Also, I would beg for something like max-width = CM editor or preview width for all images.
