[EDGE] PWA doesn't redirect when behind an auth proxy

In 0.10.4 if my auth token expires, I would receive the expected notification that it can't contact the server and it will refresh.

Running the latest edge version I get the below message if my auth token expires. PWA on iOS has no way of manually refreshing, so I have to delete the PWA, clear all web data, re-add the PWA and re-sync.

I assume it is related, but this does mean offline mode is broken entirely. Just got caught out by it. Fortunately my work instance of SB is still 0.10.4 but I run my personal instance on edge and couldn't access any files. Also affecting v2

Further digging, it appears the service worker crashes when trying to create a hash for the db prefix when the client is in an offline state.

spaceFolderPath is undefined when passed through to simpleHash() in both service_worker.ts and client.ts

I've been able to recreate this with consistency now. I don't however possess the knowledge to patch this, but might give it a crack later this week.
