Publish the module to the PowerShell Gallery

Investigate how to distribute Monkey365 via the PowerShell Gallery. The PowerShell Gallery should be the preferred way to install the module, and will makes it much easier for anyone taking a dependency on the module.

A GitHub Action can be used to automate it.
