Rethink the loading transition

When the CMS first loads there's a full screen light box blocking the CMS until the entwine/react part has a chance to bootstrap.

That's very old school. We could provide a better smoother experience.

Here's some idea off the top of my head:

• We could allow the elements that don't rely on the CMS to be ready to use to show right away.
  • Maybe the Left side bar show right away and loading animation is only applied to the right panel.
  • We could even let you click on the left side panel item right away. So if you start in the SiteTree section, you can decide to click away from that before all the other things have a chance to load.
• We could even provide section specific loading transition.
  • Maybe when you start off in Asset-admin you get a pre-rendered Asset list with blank files that transition to the full list of files once the GraphQL request is done.
