Search filter prefixes need a cleanup #2055
Description
In #2054 I had to work around some weirdness where filter prefixes are included sometimes but excluded sometimes... the way search filters are treated is a bit of a mess right now. We should tidy it up.
Acceptance Criteria
- The
Search__prefix is treated in a consistent manner - Weird workarounds such as the one linked above are removed
