This was raised by a customer who uses the reports area, they would like to see more info around the items listed in reports. Often just the name of an item doesn't give enough context, they would like to see some better smart defaults like "who edited last", "date last edited" so that the list can be sorted by their preferred way to find the right item.
I'm not sure what the defaults are when adding new reports, but for the core base reports we could add some more columns to provide more context.
