[XRF] Batch fitting does not save non-linear parameters

I noticed that the traditional batch processing only saves peaks areas, not the non-linear parameters like zero and gain.

I verified with LegacyPyMcaBatch and this has always been the case apparently.

At least not in EDF, TIFF, HDF5 etc.

Those parameters are saved when generating .fit files or HTML report. Both flagged as slow in the user interface.

It should not be an issue to save them when saving in HDF5. The other formats were/are not adapted.
