Use Up/Down mode for PWM

When using a PWM to recreate a signal, it's important to use a phase correct (centered) PWM mode.  Using a single sided mode causes the amplitude of a signal to effect the phase center of the sample.  This causes unwanted mixing and will lead to intermodulation products--baseband artifacts, harmonics, etc.
