As we move the map, the URL should update. Just like on OSM.org.
One only finds e.g.,
https://simon04.dev.openstreetmap.org/whodidit/?lat=24.18&lon=120.86&zoom=12
( https://simon04.dev.openstreetmap.org/whodidit/?lat=24.18&lon=120.86&zoom=12 )
in the RSS, and the zoom was not retained intact either.
