"Age: eternity" just shows changesets of last few months

I'm interested in displaying changesets of a (small) area, dating back to the start of the OSM's database (2012 ?).
Therefore I choosed "eternity" within the field "Age"

But after selection, Whodidit just returns changesets of the last few months.
And there's a further issue: The colored rectangles are just displayed in Zoom 16 or less. If zooming further into the map, the rectangles don't show up.

Finally, an additional Age entry "1 year" would be a good idea to check for changes within the last year.
