type: does not interact well with -r/--related

hledger bal type:c -r or hledger reg type:c -r show no results for me (compare with bal CASHACCTREGEX -r). Probably the --related transform happens first, I expected it to happen last. ("Select Cash accounts, then show me where those balances came from/went to".)
