Error creating MTH5 file in this line:

mth5_filename = fdsn_object.make_mth5_from_fdsn_client(request_df, interact=False)

request_df attached as CAS06_CAT07_mth5_starttime_endtime_issue.csv
CAS06_CAT07_mth5_starttime_endtime_issue.csv

The error is: ValueError: Do not have the same number of start 5 and end times 9 from streams
