Tweaks to 06_make_mth5_from_lemi.ipynb #7
Description
This notebook runs, but we need to make a slight syntax change so that the source data can come from ~/shared and the target mth5 gets written to a different directory.
Easy fix, just making this ticket so I don't forget to do it!
