Peeking at the changelog it doesn't look like simplenote.vim has supported commands like :Simplenote -o or :Simplenote -l since 1.3.0 in 2016, but the docs still refer to this in several places.

This will be followed by a PR to replace all instances of :Simplenote with arguments with the new prefix-based commands.
