Coordinate work around PowerBI support in Trino

Working with Nokia, Microsoft, CreativeData, Bloomberg and others around csharp client, ado.net driver, odbc driver and PowerBI.

Heard back from MS now .. seems like they are still doing certifications but also taking on their own work. Not clear how to proceed from our end. Will wait a bit on the thread.
