Associate currency with type

Why not move the currency setting to types so that you can have one credit card in USD for example and one in EUR :)

@AuspeXeu Could do, it would mean that there would have to be a base value so that reporting can be done on one currency or reporting has to be done on types. I'm held up with other work atm so wont be able to work on it immediately. I'll move the issue to the project's to do list anyway :)
